This colorful topsy turvy, or "mad-hatter" style cake was made to celebrate a young man's 21st birthday. Each tier was carefully carved into shape, iced in buttercream and decorated with fondant accents. As it turns out, the recipient was the cousin of a bride whose wedding cake I had done just 3 weeks prior to his birthday party!
