This cake was designed for a birthday party with India as the theme. The invitations were pink and purple, as was the sari that the guest of honor would be wearing. Both tiers of cake are filled with three layers of gourmet fillings, covered in our signature buttercream and then in white chocolate fondant.

The vibrant fondant-covered cakes sparkle with pink pixie dust. Deep purple scrolled piping lends a whimsical touch while violet hand-painted gumpaste piece and dragees add a touch of shine.

Serves 54 guests - Bottom tier is sour cream devil's food cake with raspberry and dark chocolate ganache fillings. Top tier is sour cream spice cake with apple spice filling.
