Throwing a big bash for a first birthday can be a real circus! We took this theme to the extreme by creating a 3D big top circus tent cake. Hand-carved, filled with premium fruit preserves, iced in our signature buttercream and covered in white chocolate fondant, this cake was a hit with guests and the birthday boy alike! Serves approximately 40-45 guests.
