Super Slaw

  • 9 Cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 tbsp diced red onion, if desired
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 TBSPs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 TBSPs apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper


Mix cabbage and carrots and set aside. Whisk together, then toss with cabbage and carrot mixture. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. If desired, add diced red onion at serving time. Dressing may be made days ahead and refrigerated until just before serving.
